60-Day Warranty & Returns

We stand behind every device we sell.

If your device develops an issue within 60 days of delivery, we will provide either a full refund or a replacement device, whichever option best resolves the issue.

To qualify, please contact us within 60 days of the delivery date and return the device in the same condition it was received. Devices must not have an iCloud account, Google account, password lock, MDM lock, or activation lock left on them.

Please include the following when contacting us:

â—‰ Date of purchase
â—‰ Reason for the return or warranty claim
â—‰ Whether you prefer a refund or replacement

Important:

• Devices returned with no reported defect may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
• The device must be returned before a refund or replacement can be issued.
• Physical damage, liquid damage, unauthorized repairs, or misuse are not covered under warranty.
